Our products are warranted against defects in manufacturing. We will gladly repair or replace any item that has a defect to the original purchaser of the item. All saddles sold with the Tex Tan, Simco, Longhorn, Circle C, or Monterrey Makers brands of saddles have a 5 year Guaranteed Tree Warranty against breakage due to normal wear and tear. This warranty is only exclusive to product manufactured or distributed by Tex Tan starting Dec 4th of 2020, when James Cox purchased Tex Tan, and subsequently in March when we purchased Simco / Longhorn and rebranded the Circle C Bfand. There may be a charge for tree replacement on any saddles deemed questionable to normal wear and tear. This can include shipping to our repair facility, as well as a nominal tree charge that could be as much as $125 depending upon our determination. Strap goods and other products will be repaired or replaced at our discretion on items that we were directly involved in manufacturing of the product from our start date as indicated.
